Terms of Service

These terms cover the Conveyor desktop application, the licensing service that activates it, and this website. By installing or using Conveyor you agree to them.

Your licence

A Conveyor licence is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the app on the number of machines your licence states (its seat count). Licences are issued per tier and may carry an expiry date; both are shown on your account page.

• You may reinstall and move the app between your own machines, within your seat count.
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, or publish your licence key.
• You may not modify, decompile, or repackage the app, or attempt to bypass licence checks.

Activation and seats

The app verifies its licence when it starts and periodically while running. Verification is offline-first (a cryptographic signature check on your own machine); it also contacts our licensing service to bind the licence to your machine and enforce the seat count. If the service is unreachable, an already-activated copy keeps working for a grace period so a network outage never locks you out. If a seat is genuinely stuck (a dead machine, a reinstall), ask in the support server and we will free it.

What we may do

We may revoke a licence obtained fraudulently (including chargebacks) or used in clear breach of these terms. We may change pricing, tiers, or these terms for future purchases; changes never retroactively shorten a licence you have already paid for.

Your data and your mailboxes

Conveyor reads your mailboxes on your own machine. Your email content and mailbox credentials are never sent to us — see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to access the mailboxes you connect, and for complying with the terms of your email providers.

Availability and warranty

Conveyor is provided "as is". We work to keep the licensing service and update feed available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Conveyor is a workflow tool, not a system of record — keep your own backups of anything that matters.

Refunds and ending the agreement

Refund requests are handled case by case in the support server; a refunded licence is revoked and stops working. You can stop using Conveyor at any time — uninstalling removes the app, and your data stays on your machine until you delete it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
